Easiest Way to Prepare Award-winning Easy Kedgeree with an American twist

In recent years I have been inspired by different recipes and popular recipes. I often push them beyond a certain point by adding my own style. This particular dish I saw was inspired by the 15 minute Jamie Oliver Food Show, but the version was much simpler and less delicious :-)
To make regular ketchup with American Curve, you need ingredients and spices;
- The base of the curry
- 3 tablespoons mustard seeds (curry mix)
- 3 tablespoons onion (curry mix)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (curry mix)
- 1 teaspoon chopped coriander (curry mix)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (curry mix)
- 1 tablespoon chili (curry mix)
- Fresh spices
- 2 minced garlic cloves (curry mix)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (curry mix)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (curry mix)
- Vegetables
- 8 ounces cold corn, 8 ounces cold peas, and 4 ounces chopped carrots (or a bag of finely chopped vegetables)
- 1 bud of spring onion
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Cut 1 apple into cubes
- 1 quintal of Chinese rice (or less than 2 pints)
- Fish
- 16 ounces halibut or other white fish (firm tofu)
- 2 seaweed leaves
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
- Yogurt-based soup
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 soup Sweet chili sauce
Easy Kedgeree Instructions for Working with the American Spiral
- Place two large pots in the oven and turn the heat to medium high. Fill one half with hot water and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the second.
- While waiting for the water to drain, place the mustard seeds in the second pan for a minute, then turn the heat to medium, stirring occasionally, until the seeds pop and color. Be careful not to burn yourself.
- Pour the remaining curry over the mustard and mix.
- Now add fresh spices to your homemade vegetable mix and keep stirring in the pot. The water should be boiling by now, so turn the heat down to medium-low.
- Pour the birch leaves, tarragon and a teaspoon of salt into the boiling water. And boil.
- Pour one liter of pre-cooked rice into the vegetable mass. Make sure you mix everything and remove all imperfections. After cooking, pour the fish into the boiling pot.
- When the rice is hot, add the vegetables and stir while the fish cooks.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of sweet pepper broth with 1 1/2 cups of low-fat Greek yogurt. Different so far.
- When the rice is heated and the fish is cooked, put the fish on top of the rice and mix and break both. Serve generously in a bowl with the sweet pepper yogurt sauce to cool the curry.
- If you're not a fan of fish, feel free to leave it out of the recipe or substitute tofu, baked Brussels sprouts, or chicken.
The small steps you take to reach your goal of preparing balanced meals for your family are more important than any other. Before you know it, you realize you have more energy and overall well-being than you thought before you changed your diet. However, if that's not enough to make you happy, you can find an excuse to buy new clothes when you go down a size or two.
