  3. Add chopped onion and stir for 1 minute
  4. Add the chopped peppers and stir for another minute
  5. Add Chinese Spice 5 and stir for another 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer cooked onions and chilled peppers to a plate and set aside
  7. Add the water to the pan and the stock cube. Stir and be sure to use a wooden spatula to ensure the flavors stick to the pan
  8. Bring the water to a boil and reduce the heat to low/medium
  9. Add the rice noodles and stir occasionally. Cook for 2 minutes
  10. Add the onions and green peppers again
  11. Add spinach and soy sauce and stir
  12. Let cook for 5 minutes. Taste and add soy sauce and salt accordingly
  13. Remove from heat and serve!
