Ingredients and Seasonings for Light Roast Pork:-

  1. 4 medium pieces of pork

  7. 1/4 cup of any white wine

How to quickly cook rare pork

  1. Season each pork tenderloin on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic and rosemary.
  2. Place the pork in the oven or pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil (to retain moisture) and bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 45 minutes. for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  4. Flip the fillets halfway through cooking.
  5. Add white wine in the last 10 minutes. But not so fast, because the meat dries out.
